Welcome to the Terms of Service for Milna. Milna is also referred to as "us", "we", "Milna Events", "Avra Labs Inc.", and "event organizers" throughout this document.
1. Limited Liability
The event organizers make no guarantee that you will meet your life partner by submitting your information to us, purchasing any products or services, or through use of any product or service or event.
We reserve the right to choose when to communicate with you or process your information, while being in accordance to laws and Privacy Statement. We are not obliged to provide you any products or services unless an explicit contractual agreement is entered.
We are not responsible for any loss, harm, or inconveniences that arise as a result of collecting your data, inviting you to learn more about our products or services, or engaging with one of our products or services or events.
We are also not liable for any loss, harm, or inconveniences that may arise from those you voluntarily or involuntarily communicate with or interact with as a result of engaging with our products or services or events.
You recognize that your participation and engagement in our products, services, or events is completely voluntary and your participation is done at your own discretion.
2. Consent to Privacy Policy
Your participation or involvement of any activity, product, service, or event requires that you must consent to our Privacy Policy.
If your agreement to the Privacy Policy is revoked, then it will also terminate any services we are able to offer you, and prevent the fulfillment of any existing contracts if such contracts exist.
3. Payments and Refunds
We currently only accept payments via credit card and you are responsible for any fees collected by your financial institution for using their services. Along with a payment or payment method, supplementary information may be required for us to process your request. Providing us with requested information does not constitute entering into a binding agreement. Any purchases, deposits, registrations, or reservations are eligible for a refund in accordance to our Refund Policy. We have the right to refuse service, and there's no compensation for inconveniences beyond what is specified by our Refund Policy.
4. Photography and Video Recording
At our events, there may be photos or videos taken by someone on the Milna team, or someone appointed by the Milna team. By attending, you provide permission for photos and videos to be taken of you.
The obtained data may be used for marketing, social media, analytics, or any other purpose.
